What is the typical lead time for custom CNC machinery orders?
Standard models usually ship within 7-10 business days. For custom configurations or industrial-grade setups, production can take between 3-5 weeks depending on the complexity and testing requirements.
Do you provide international shipping for heavy equipment?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Heavy machinery is securely crated in export-standard wooden cases and shipped via sea freight or air freight depending on your urgency and budget.
What kind of technical support do you offer for new operators?
Every XinDian CNC machine comes with comprehensive video tutorials, a detailed digital manual, and 12 months of free remote technical support via email or video call.
What payment methods do you accept for large industrial orders?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and wire transfers (T/T). For high-value industrial purchases, we can also discuss structured payment terms or Letter of Credit (L/C).
Are replacement parts readily available if a component fails?
Absolutely. We maintain a full inventory of consumable parts, including spindles, stepper motors, and driver boards, which can be dispatched via express courier to minimize your downtime.
What is your return policy for CNC tools and accessories?
Unused accessories and small tools can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please note that large-scale CNC machines are subject to a restocking fee and must be in their original packaging.
