At XinDian CNC, we stand behind the precision and quality of our equipment with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all standard machinery and components. If your hardware does not meet your technical requirements, we are here to assist with a streamlined return or exchange process.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Contact our technical support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a detailed reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Hardware

  Securely pack the item in its original industrial packaging, ensuring all cables, software licenses, and calibration tools are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship to Facility

  Affix the provided RMA label to the exterior of the crate and ship the unit to our designated inspection center using a carrier that provides tracking and insurance.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our engineers verify the condition and functionality of the returned hardware, a refund or store credit will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
